3.      The service does not hold any responsibility in the event of non-access to the service via the Internet if the reason for this is the weakness of the telecommunications networks or the lack of requirements for the operation of the electronic channel.

4.      The “service” shall provide the “Customer” with operating instructions that contain detailed information about the “Service”, and the “Customer” is obligated to strictly follow these instructions when he/she wishes to obtain and use the “Service”.

5.      The “service” has the right to withhold the “Service” from the “Customer” at any time for any period without prior notice and without providing any justifications.

6.      The customer must change the passwords upon first accessing the service, and the "customer" bears full responsibility for protecting the user code, passwords, and any other information provided by the " service ". The customer is also obligated to maintain the identification code and passwords, not to leak them, and to keep them secured. The "client" also releases the " service " from any responsibility or damages that may occur as a result of non-compliance, or as a result of misuse of the "service".

7.      The “Customer” fully understands that the user code and passwords identify the “Customer”.

8.      If the “Customer” feels that someone is tampering with his/her accounts through the “Service”, or that the user code and passwords have been exposed by “another team”, the “Customer” is obligated to inform the “service” as soon as possible, and then confirm that in writing The customer remains responsible for all process resulted from the use of his user account and passwords until the end of the day.

9.      The service will be temporarily suspended if the password to access the service is entered incorrectly five times in a row, and the customer must visit his branch in this case to reactivate the service.

10. Either the service or the customer has the right to terminate this service with a written notice sent to the other party at his address, and the “service” can also terminate the “service” without any prior notice.

11. This service is considered void without notice to the customer in the event that the customer attempts to tamper / forgery / hack the service or the information using the service.

Customer Privileges
